As ever, my objective is to help as many folk as I can to get a good working understanding of the theory that underlies the practises of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. For, I firmly believe, that if a person is able to do a job better, that person will feel more fulfilled in life. That will do its small bit toward making this world a better place!

The South African Institution of Mechanical Engineering (SAIMechE) saw this work, liked it, and engaged me to periodically present it round South Africa over what turned out to be a 3-year period. The work had been prepared to assist "Middle-of-the-road" folk. But many in my SAIMechE classes comprised many University Graduates and Consulting Engineers. That made me believe there was a need for such material, presented in a more intensive manner and in finer detail, leading me to a 3-year project of compiling... "REFRIGERATION EXPLAINED «ADVANCED»".
